Hello Everyone. I Just wanted to know if anyone here already taken the customer survey through the Samsung Members App? How was it? Can you please tell me ☺️🙏 I just wanted to have an Idea. What are they asking? Is their anything Personal & Does taking the survey can get you Points or what? Thanks
It is a survey, asking your current brand, phone, tablet, tv, washing machine, fridge, etc., if you are using a Samsung brand right now and user experience about it. And i don't really think there is a credit points on answering the survey form.
