Curious about how you can level up in the Samsung Members Community? Let’s dive in and explore the fun journey of reaching new Community Levels!
Beginner Level Everyone starts here at Beginner Level 1. This level has five phases, and getting to the next level is as easy as spending time in the community. Show some love by liking quality posts, and after one month and five likes, you’ll be ready to jump up to Active Level!
Active Level Once you reach Active Level, you will have 10 phases to advance. Advance faster by participating more—write posts, comment on discussions, and get your responses chosen as “accepted solutions.”
Starting at Active Level 1, you can add a self-introduction to your profile to introduce yourself. For example, you could add “Galaxy Camera Expert”, “Milky Way Photography Lover”, “I ❤️ Members”, etc. to describe yourself. (Steps: Go to Samsung Members app → Community tab → Click on the profile icon in the top right → Edit button → Add Bio)
From Active Level 5, your profile card will automatically appear under your posts, making it easier for other members to connect with you. And from Active Level 7, leveling up will require being a member for at least six months.
Expert Level The top of the ladder! Expert Level has five phases, and reaching these heights requires consistent and active engagement. Keep contributing thoughtful solutions, getting your responses selected as “accepted solutions” and earning lots of likes. Consistency is key!
Moderator or Community Manager
Remember, the users you see with their levels labelled as “Moderator” or “Community Manager”? They are part of our Samsung Members Singapore team! So don’t be afraid to reach out to them for any help or simply just to say “Hi”!
