I've been updating my system

When I unclocked my phone, this shows up all the time. Maybe I clicked something.

Please help me to get this back to normal. I appreciate all your suggestions. Thanks

Third party apps are causing the issue. To uninstall them, go to Settings > Apps > (app name) > Uninstall, then tap OK. Did you recently installed any apps?
