I have pre-ordered a Galaxy Z Flip6 online, and it is now ready for pickup in the store. However, I am still onboard a vessel, and my flight back to the Philippines will probably be on September 1st. I have received at least four emails from Samsung within a 3 day period to pick it up within 14 days or they will cancel it. Would they really cancel it even though the order has been paid for?

A clarification response is much appreciated, thank you.

You could try to explain to them your situation. Though I think it would be better to pay for the item outright if it hasn't been fully paid.

I have only received automated "No Reply" emails from Samsung. I hope I can clarify the situation by sending them emails, but unfortunately, there is no contact information for the store listed on Google Maps.
Also, it's fully paid including the buds.
