The subject is, indeed, "The Art of War" and this post is deliberately placed under the "Fitness" category.

 

Arguably, the art of war may be interpreted as a framework to help a group or a person win any "war" (or any "battle").

 

With "Fitness," one is, figuratively, trying to win a battle (e.g. against being unhealthy; against being weak; or the likes).

 

Chapter VII of "The Art of War" is about "Maneuvering." Learning point number 21 there states that you need to "Ponder and deliberate before you make a move."

 

Year 2022 is about to bloom. Possibly, you're thinking of starting to get fit (again). Likely, the point above (from "The Art of War") will fit how will you proceed. [I used the verb "fit" for pun, as well.]

Hey there! Season's Greetings! For me, I guess I'll be at war with myself in a battle to lose some weight. Haha! 🤣 I'm not that physically overweight but in terms of my BMI, I am overweight for my height. 😅😆 Thank you for sharing! 😁
