I encounter some error on my devìce, the camera is not function smoothly, when i go to camera and select 3:4 48MP. And click the shutter button, the photo save faster, but when i click the screen to focus the cam to object, the shutter is function but not saving some photo i captured, it vibrate only but no photo save at my galery. i get this problem when i update to One Ui 4.1. until One UI 5.0. I dont know if its normal or not. But i hope this problem will fix😊

Does it happen only on one mode?
Does it show any picture being saved after taking it (like in the attached photo)? 20230307_212738.jpg

Hey JaveMc,

Sounds frustrating! Let me help you out.

Sometimes, an update may cause a few things about your phone to start acting wonky. We recommend clearing your cache or wiping the cache partition entirely to ensure that no corrupted or missing files are interfering with your Galaxy device's core functions, like the camera.

Check out this helpful guide on how to wipe your cache partition. It's totally safe and will not delete your data!

Hey IAMivanHARVEY,

Did this happen after you updated your device? You might want to wipe your cache partition as well.
