A question about wiping your phone with a bit of perfume

The question is...... is it okay to wipe your phone with a bit of perfume instead of alcohol? Because my phone is so stinky and I couldn't bare that horrible smell. I hope anyone can respond my question💖

The smell probably comes from dirt or bacteria accumulated in the phone's screen/exterior. Wiping it with perfume may temporarily make it fragrant, but it wouldn't solve your problem as perfume doesn't have any cleaning agents in it.

I would suggest wiping it down with alcohol first, then if you really want to, you can spray it with perfume.

neither alcohol nor perfume is good for your device as it has agents that may cause damage on it. Better use scented wet wipes

Actually it's not really recommended to use alcohol in cleaning phones as it may also damage it. If you do plan to use alcohol make sure you use 50% and below concentration.

There are specific cleaning materials you can buy to clean your phone. Also UV light is also a good option. 😊
