Secure Folder utilizes Knox, which is present on higher end models. The A12, being on the lower end doesn't have Knox Security. For screen recording, One UI has built-in Screen Recording which can be found in your Quick Settings. If not present, you can download apps which can screen record, in the Play Store.

The Galaxy A12 is only a One ui core version sad to say this. You can download third party apps from this device or maybe it be able when your phone updated
