Hi ive got 4G A14 that I've only had for about 4 weeks. Past 3 days the screen freeze and will not respond to any taps/command. Ive learnt this is called boot loop. How do i fix this? Ive also learnt to hold the two side buttons. But it seems to be recurring often now and I dont think this should happen since its a pretty new set. Please help!
Hi, if this is posing an inconvenience to ur daily phone usage, do visit the service centre to have it inspected by the technician. If it's proven to be true, they will definitely fix it. Don't delay this issue, if not it could snowball to the entire phone no longer operating.
