The new adaptive clock only works when you add a frame on to your wallpaper. That new adaptive clock is not gonna work with just a wallpaper with an object, you need to add a frame to it. This is for the low end devices One UI 8, I don't know if the new adaptive clock works in midrange phone.

Probably you should lower the clock.

It works with mine but only by using the frame. I hope samsung will fix this in one ui 8.5

Adaptive clock only works with human and animal wallpapers. All other wallpaper will worked only by putting wallpaper frame. Adaptive clock need a solid visual for it to adapt.
