A15 usb c to hdmi

Hello, I am used to the s series never had an A series. 

Can someone please confirm that video can be streamed from an A15 via USBc to hdmi - to display on a non smart TV

I tried my Samsung A15 to hdmi wont work at all.. appeared to be charging.

The A15 supports USB2.   The requirement for usb video out function is USB-C 3.1 port.  Specifically with DP ALT MODE supported.  Being at USB-C 2.0 there will not be any such transfer of video.  Welcome to the A class boys and Girls.  There are only about 8 Galaxy phone supporting this feature.

I Google it after trying different  thing n it Google said the c type in not  Combatible with the phone even with a adaptor.
