A16 5G connection problem

Can i know if another person having the same problem like me... Whenever i turn on my power saving mode on my phone i know the connection will go to 4G but when i turned off the power saving mode my connection became emergency call only and i had to wait for about 1 minutes to wait for the connection become 5G again.... I already make factory reset and it still happen... This thing happen after i update the January Security Update

u can customize which options will take effect when psm is enabled

Its still happen even if i turn off the option to off the 5G connection button

try reset the network settings.

bear in mind this will reset all types of connections to default.
