The A56 (Exynos 1580) is definitely a worthy upgrade to the A55 (Exynos 1480).
However, the A36 seems to be another story. Yes you get a new look, better camera and 6 years of OS and security support. If you ask me, i still feel the A36 SoC is a downgrade. The A36 (Snapdragon 6 Gen 3) performance is less than the A35 (Exynos 1380) in terms of CPU/GPU.
I'm just curious as to why Samsung did not go with last year in-house Exynos 1480 instead.
Did they go the Snapdragon 6 route just for an overall battery improvement (efficiency/consumption)? I don't know. I may be wrong though.
