Screen tearing happens every time I scroll down to see comments and after rewinding/fast forwarding. How to fix?

Thanks for the response! After some updates, there's still screen tearing. I found out that this only happens on YouTube. I tried scrolling past comments in fb while watching live videos and theres no screen tearing. I did find a solution to my problem. Somehow changing the phone's motion smoothness from High (90 hz) to Standard (60 hz) fixed the screen tearing on Youtube. Kinda ironic honestly.
