Hi..i need a information about collaborate fingerprint sensors setting.. only fingerprint error message popup ( Collaborate fingerprint sensors setting if problem still cannot resolve call customer service by Samsung..when call cs Samsung always told me to do reset factory setting.. i also cannot create Samsung Pass app because cannot setting for fingerprint..only facelock can use..
