Wait, i thought Samsung said they changed it from open GL tp Vulkan

That's because Exynos on A35 uses Mali GPU which doesn't support Custom Driver for Vulkan while A55 uses Vulkan because of AMD Xclipse GPU which supports Vulkan and Custom driver.

OpenGL works very well on Mali GPU that Exynos 1380 uses

Yes, since it uses AMD Xclipse GPU which natively supports Vulkan and runs very well
