A50 facing serious problems after Android 10 oneui2.0 update

Phone not responding when using. I have forced it to restart last two time. But today it occurs again twice and restart itself. When I open Samsung Members, it shows this . Sometimes phone is lagging like the animation of the game and using FB are not smooth at all. Anyone with me? How to solve it?

Try cleaning your phone cache everytime you install a new system update. Experienced smtg similar to your situation on my old phone (S7 Edge) and after doing the cleaning of my cache, it worked fine again.

I'm not sure how to perform a cache clean on the A50 but on my S10 I need to turn off my phone then - hold volume up, bixby and the power button all at the same time until the Samsung logo appears then u can release them. Wait for a few secs after that and you'll see the systems menu appear on screen. if this doesnt work for you, contact the Samsung help center.
