I'm so sad why is this happening on my phone😭. On my previous post maybe you don't understand what i really meant so here it is. One of this pic, is a screenshot on how i look on my camera and the other is the outcome when i captured it. It is pretty when poiting the camera anywhere but when it captured, the image is terrible. I just update it when the latest firmware is available because it said that it is recommended to update the phone. Then this happened😭😭

The photo would not look the same because after you take, the camera image processing will kick in like refining and applying hdr. Try capturing in a well lit environment.

But befor even i take a picture it is pretty but now😭

Even with enough light still the same the hdr, contrast won't worked out well😭😭 before it is so beautiful but now😭 i don't know if it is because of the update...

Of these two pictures, which one do you prefer? Also, of these two, which one is a screenshot?

Subjectively speaking, the left image looks heavily processed. The colors are way off and smoothing is very apparent. The right image looks more or less natural.

That first image is screenshot it has its function of the camera which i prefer than the second picture is the outcome which i don't like coz it is over exaggerated, it look like a painting

Hello there! I am very sorry to hear about this. Have you tried to reset your camera settings?

I already tried multiple times that what they said in my previous post. But nothing works.

mine too. A32 post processing problem. whitish photo result. outdoors and natural light f/b cam no problem. indoors f/b cam goodluck.
