In regards to this, you can try to reset your network setting by going to Settings> General management> Tap Reset> Tap Reset network settings. Once done, kindly try performing a soft reset to refresh the device. Press and hold the Power button and Volume down for 7 seconds. When the Samsung logo displays, press and hold the Volume down key until the lock screen displays. Safe mode will be shown in the lower-left corner of the screen.
