Galaxy AHello
I don't understand why I'm not getting notifications come through when my phone hasn't been touched for 2- 3 hours, i have all the settings switched on, if someone sends me a messenger message that comes through as that's a separate app. You would think if i get a email notification then at the same time i would get a Facebook notification but it doesn't come through until i swipe my phone out of lockscreen.
Is this happening to anyone else? it's definitely a deep sleeping issue.

Galaxy Awhen in deep sleep mode, the apps will be restricted from sending notification, and you should expect a delay or no notification at all.
if you still want to receive the notifications from this app but don't want to let it increase the battery usage neither, put the app in 'optimised' mode
