A52S 5G Netflix Restarting / FB Messenger Typing Issue

Hi, I got my phone last Oct 11, 2021 and been using Netflix and FB messenger in my phone ever since.
Just wanna know if any of you have experienced the following issues as well, and if you have any ideas to resolve it. 

NETFLIX RESTARTING: 
Whenever I am watching content in the app, for some reason, the playback would automatically stop and the screen would go back to the Home screen of Netflix. Just wondering if this is an actual bug or if this is an isolated case with my phone, and how to fix it.


FB MESSENGER: 
When I type in the message box of the app, say if I already typed a sentence or so, all of a sudden, the messages I typed would get deleted even without me using the clear or back button. 

Also, additional information, both my OS and Apps are up to date.

My a52s 5g also started acting up after the last update, it shifts to portrait mode every 6 mins when i am watching videos like netflix and youtube

As per your concern, have you tried to 'soft reset' your device? 😁 A Soft Reset DOES NOT delete anything from your mobile phone and causes no loss of information from the device. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. Hope to have helped you. Hi Please be informed that after doing your instruction, still it has the same problem. When i am watching in youtube and netflix it always goes back to home page after 5 to 10 mins watching.

Just got a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and I'm having the same issue.

Just watching NETFLIX and randomly the program goes back to the Netflix main screen.

 

I had no issues with all my NOTE devices I had before.

I have gestured off as well so no idea what could cause this.
