A52s 5g overheat

11.45pm, room temperature is low, screen brightness at about 7%, not connected to charger. Just scrolling through social media but my A52s 5g suddenly overheated. So i turned on flight mode and put it in front of a fan to cool it down.

There can be a few things that could cause this:

1. Background apps running and draining data/too many apps running at the same time;

2. Weak reception of internet connection/reception (especially if you're on 5G connection);

3. Poor optimisation of certain apps;

A fresh restart of the phone is usually a good way to clear the phone of anything running in the background.
