Thank you, jousua, for your inquiry here, about your Samsung Galaxy A71 having issues with Samsung Blockchain Keystore and your device freezes out which you cannot press the back button and we apologize for the inconvenience it caused you.

Samsung Blockchain Keystore helps you to securely manage personal data and transactions, making it a unique security option you can use with confidence.

Samsung Blockchain Keystore enables you to do the following:

  • Private key storage: You can create and store blockchain-based private keys in a secure area of your device or import an existing private key from a third-party service.
  • Verification service: When you make virtual asset transactions, purchase Blockchain-based content, make a contract or submit credentials in Samsung's other services or third-party services, you can sign and authorize them with the private key stored in Samsung Blockchain Keystore. All you need to do is enter your PIN or fingerprint verification. After you sign, payment/transaction information is sent to the blockchain network.
  • Create a Wallet: You can also create your own wallet to store your cards.
