Why can't I receive a call without wifi or data mobile ?

sometimes there's no coverage at your place and your device will need the mobile data or wifi enabled in order for it to receive the calls under VoLTE or Wifi calling feature. If you turn them off as well, that's when you won't be able to receive the calls at all.

Correct, that's what VoLTE means, voice over internet protocol

and idk or if im only trouble with call setting because when ever i pick up the phone call i can't really hear the voice. After i call back i can hear it back. Is there any reason why ?

example : My dad try to call me but i didn't receive it. Then i asked my mother to called me it went through ?

u can try to reach the nearest samsung centre for them to check your device.
