Galaxy AMake sure that your device has the latest version and that your apps are up-to-date. If the issue continues after updating your software and apps, check your battery to see if it's still supporting normal performance.
Go to Settings, Battery and Device Care, and then choose Diagnostics. From there, look for battery status.
Now, if your battery is in good condition, you may also proceed to "wipe cache partition." Our phone stores a lot of temporary files in the cache. This is to speed up stuff that you usually do on your phone. Sometimes, these temporary files can cause an issue with apps or even cause excessive battery drain.
I am not sure if the steps to wipe the cache partition are different on any other Samsung model. In my case, I am using the Samsung A-series. You can try these steps below:
Connect your Galaxy phone to a PC or laptop using the USB-C cable.
Power off the device using the side key or the power icon option on the screen.
Press and hold the volume up and side keys. Release them when the Samsung Galaxy logo appears on the screen.
Use the volume down key to highlight the "Wipe cache partition" option. Press the side key to select it.
If you're unable to do it using the steps above, there are lots of tutorials on YouTube. I suggest checking it there too.
I hope that helps!
