Maybe your version is through TracFone. Some operators will push out the update a bit lately...

I dont have the option to upgrade my phone to Android 13 do you know the reason? BTW my phone is A12

Not sure why tho... maybe you bought it via a teleco service? If yes they might delay the update it not sure why...

As of this date (August 10th, 2023), no other updates for my Samsung A12 (A125M model) are available. 😢😢😢. (The last one was a just a security patch on March 10th).

It's almost October 2023 and I still don't have the Android 13 update for my A12. I have contacted samsung and my carrier many times. They both want to throw each other under the bus and make up all kinds of excuses. Samsung has lied to me on several occasions as to when I would receive the update. I don't understand what is so special about my phone that I don't get to have the update.
