Hi, I just recently updated my A52 phone to Android 14 - One UI 6.0
After the update is completed, my phone lost it's signal and the SIM is not functioning.
Due to the said issue I cannot call, text and I can't access my mobile data.
I've tried inserting my sim to a different phone and it works perfectly. So I guess the problem comes from the recent update.
I've tried restarting, removing and reinserting my sim, clearing cache partition. It's still not working.
Anyone here encountered the same issue?
Is there anything else that I can do besides factory reset? 🥲
Send help pls. I've contacted samsung support and my network provider, no help given.

After factory reset, it's still not working. I went to samsung service center to have it fixed.

Did they mention what the issue was? It's just weird that after the update, the signal just became weak.

I know first downgrade to Android 13 but if you don't wanna do it then open the sim back
