Hi! I need assistance in creating an AR video. The edit options does not pop-up. See the screen record for reference. I already tried to force-stop, clear data, clear cache the app, and restart my phone. Thank you.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 4. Restart your device.

Enjoy all the features of AR(Augmented Reality) in one place, the AR Zone. It provides you AR related features. Choose a feature and capture fun photos or videos.

How to capture photos and videos with your emoji.

After creating your emoji, you can take photos and videos with it! There are a few fun options to choose from as well.

Step 1. Launch the AR Zone app and tap AR Emoji Camera.

Step 2. Select the emoji and the mode you want to use. 

Tap the emoji icon to take a photo, or tap and hold the icon to record a video. Your photos and videos will be saved to the Gallery.

The available modes may vary depending on the emoji you select.

• SCENE: The emoji mimics your expressions.
• MASK: The emoji’s face appears over your face so it looks like you are wearing a mask.
• MIRROR: My Emoji mimics your body movements.
• PLAY: My Emoji moves on a real background.
