Hello. I need your help. Im not comfortable seeing discrepancy with my gadgets. My a50 in blue vs a73 5g in black almost has the same battery percentage and yet my a50 has more battery life? Does that mean a73 5g airs false advertisement saying that it has long battery life? Can someone help how to fix this? My goodness. This is frustrating. I feel I was deceived by smsung

The time you see there is just an estimate on how long your battery will last (from 100% to 0%) based on your usage. It doesn't represent actual battery capacity.

If you want to check the battery health/capacity, download AccuBattery from Playstore and use it for at least 2 weeks.

Is that it? How about when i charge my a73 using 18 watts charger saying fast chrging with 1 hr 30 mins time remaining to charge for instance, then I use 25 watts saying the same time frame. Should it be shorter? Why is that? How should I know if my battery is malfunctioning? Because it drains so fast. My son has a52 4g and his idle time discharges about 1% per 2 hours and mine is almost 2% per hour of being idle.

Don't panic ma'am. As Red0902 said, it's just the estimated time on how long your battery will last. And about the charging, yes It could be shorter. And about the batter being drained while on IDLE, You sure that there's no apps opened? My a51 doesn't decrease battery at all even if I leave its wifi turned on (while sleepong ofc). To fix that draining issue, just close all running apps.

Make sure 5G, Sync, Location, NFC and Mobile data are turned off when you are not using them. You can also turn on Power Saving Mode to reduce battery consumption while idle and put all your apps to Sleep (don't include messaging apps) and Deep Sleep for apps your rarely used. Also disable/uninstall bloatware or apps you don't need.

I tried it on my a73 and it didnt work. It said that setup wizard is finish. Anymore ways to force software reset?
