depends on what you prefered.
all.
some people does not really like the phone to be charge only at 85%, this type of people does not care abt battery at all.

Some people really want to take care of their battery health, maybe they plan to use it more than 4 years so they will choose optiok "maximum"

for me I personally not like option 1 where it will charge frequently if the battery drop to 95%.
thus its not good for battery as well, it increase the cycle charge (total number of charge).
cycle charge can reduce lifespan of battery for long term

I do not use this Samsung setting. Use Android app that alerts me when my battery charged to 85%.
