I bought a brand new A15 5G from a phone store not even 5 weeks ago, and today the screen randomly started flickering green and became unresponsive, then within 2 hours of that happening it went completely black, still vibrating and making sounds
Hi. I did the same thing only a week and a half ago. I bought a new Samsung galaxy A15 from metro . It has overheated and gets hot in my back pocket. Also it turns on music that starts playing without me doing anything. I went to metro today about it. They said they would get me another phone but it is going to be the same kind (which I want) but it will be a refurbished one. I bought a new one I don't want a refurbished one. They won't give me a new one.
