Bug for galaxy a53 amoled screen

When i display a black video or picture, the amoled pixel doesn't turn off completely. There is some sort of back-light or gray glow. I tried the same video in redmi note 10, having an amoled screen, the glow is absent which is how amoled works.

Do you have the same issue when the AOD is displayed?

I only experience that issue when there is an active fingerprint scanner in aod

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
 
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
 
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
 
Step 4. Restart your device.
 
 
AMOLED is a type of OLED display device technology. OLED describes a specific type of thin-film-display technology in which organic compounds form the electroluminescent material, and active matrix refers to the technology behind the addressing of pixels
 
 

If that doesn't work, you may submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Display".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

Just got the phone for my birthday 

Same issue 

Galaxy 9+ didn't have this dim 'black' 

When using AOD without finger showing it's pure black, no apps or pics with true 0 black or FFFFF black show black...

Android 13 and ui 5.0

 

Bought the phone 2 days ago on Amazon new.
