Build In video call feature

Why everytime I make video call feature build in samsung it will auto become normal voice call?

Only can make meet video call can't make samsung video call?

My wife used Galaxy Z Flip 5 also same. Both of us can't use build in video call feature only can use meet call for our both phone.

Anyone also having same problem and how to solve it?

Tried video call feature from my S22U to my Note 10 and it works beautifully. Maybe it depends on network carrier or network quality? I'm using Maxis.

Mine is Digi but my wife used maxis. Both same can't video call each other.

Both lines I presume using 5G or at least 4G when using video call?

I tried 4G, 5G even Wifi also can't
