button sentivity

Hi, I recently purchased a Galaxy A53 5g which I upgraded from a galaxy S8+. The phone is wonderful except when I click the 3 line button to show all the windows, sometimes it wants to switch to the last open screen used. I prefer to have the ability to scroll through the open windows. I think this may be a sensitivity issue. any ideas?

Go to Settings > Display, then turn on Touch sensitivity.

so it wasn't that, but i did a factory reset and that fixed it. it must have been something in my restore.
