If my cable charging did not respon on charging port..can claim on warranty?
Because I also test with other cable.
.I can't charge my samsung a55 ...so,now phone battery had 7%.
I think maybe charging port problem..
Can claim on phone warranty?

most likely hardware faulty.

There's no need to book an appointment; you can just walk in.
Booking an appointment doesn’t make a difference. I've booked multiple times before, but when you arrive, you still need to take a number and wait in line. It's no different from walking in. When I asked why I had to queue despite booking an appointment, the service center said it’s all the same.
