Can't find/install secure folder on my Samsung A40s

Few days ago my uncle purchased Samsung Galaxy A40s. But I didn't found Security folder in his device. Then I tried to install it through Google, but unable to install it. Currenty this device running under Android 13 and One UI 5. Now what should I do?
