I upgrade my phone to amdroid 13 yet cant save my contacts?

It shows on message but then the number that i save to contacts still appears number only on the messages instead of his /her name

You can try going to the main menu, search "message", ung icon dpat ng text message piliin then set as default in the 3 dots, in android 13 kasi ung default is prang sa gmail naman connected, then use the original txt message app

First, ensure that your device is up-to-date with the latest Software updates.

Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download and Install > Follow On-screen instructions.

Then, you can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Settings/System" & "Others".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

Check your device sufficient storage memory capacity and manage space by deleting unnecessary files, photos, others but make sure that you've done Back-Up through Cloud Storage.

Clear Cache Partition.

Step 1. Turn off your phone.
Step 2. Plug in the USB cable via PC or Type-C earphones (in case its USB-C to USB-C).
Step 3. Then press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.
Step 4. Release the power button. When the recovery screen shows up, release the volume up button.
Step 5. Navigate to and select Wipe cache partition (Volume up and down is for highlighting options and power is to select).
Step 6. Navigate to and select Yes.

Step 7. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.

I already save my contacts but then when i saw the messages of my friend its still appear the number not her name instead

May I add the following step-by-step instructions below.

* Check the Contact Permissions by enabling "Allow".

Step 1. Go to Settings, and then select the Apps menu.

Step 2.  Tap on the more options (three vertical dots) icon.

Step 3. Choose Permission manager.

Step 4. Select Contact and enable "Allow".

* Check and merge Contact list.

Step 1. Launch the Contacts app and tap the three horizontal lines icon.

Step 2. Tap on Manage Contacts and select Merge Contacts.

Step 3. Tick contacts and tap Merge.

Please try solutions below:

Sync Google account in the Contacts app.

To sync your Google account, first make sure you are connected to the Internet, and you need a Google account. Follow the steps below to sync your Google account contacts with your phone's contacts.

Step 1. Open the Contacts app, and then tap the Menu (the three horizontal lines) icon.

Step 2. Tap the Manage contacts

Step 3. Choose Sync contacts

Step 4. Tap the switch to activate your Google account.

Step 5. Tap Sync to start synchronizing your contacts with your Google account. 

After sync is complete, the Contacts saved in your Google account are imported into the Contacts app. You can view not only the contacts saved on your phone, but also the contacts imported from your Google account.
