Galaxy ASecond, wipe your Google Play Store's data and cache. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data. Open the Play Store and see if you can update your Chrome now. Try disabling your powersaving mode when updating an app. If you can't still update it, try uninstalling chrome first then install it again, and surely you'll get the latest version of it available to your device. This usually solves the issue.
