Samsung official shop in Shopee Philippines just sold to me a carrier locked unit. I contacted them daily and only reply to me an automated messages. I reached out to Samsung Cs as well as the carrier customer service and they want me to contact the seller which i had no hope they will help me out.

Hi, i just contacted #425299 and their suggestions is that i have to bring this to the nearest Samsung service center which is 80km from me. Is there a way for this to get fixed remotely?
