This has been happening for a while now. I have my phone plugged in but the battery percentage is stuck (earlier was 60% but sometimes on random %s like 45 or 78). It doesn't increase nor decrease.

Mind you, this phone is pretty new and I am super and VERY wary of my battery health. I am no gamer as well, I spend my time mostly on YouTube. But even then, just for a couple of minutes since I spend most of my time on my computer.

Anyone else experiencing this as well? Let me know

Hi there, Iseya👋 Just circling back to see if those steps we shared worked out for you! If so, give that 'Accept as Solution' button a little tap so others can find their way too!

I totally understand how concerning that must be, Iseya. Have you tried restarting your phone? If that doesn’t work, consider running diagnostics through the Samsung Members app to check the battery health. Just open the app, tap 'Support' at the bottom, and select 'Phone diagnostics.'

Hope this helps!

Hi,

I too am facing the same issue with my a35 galaxy, tried the diagnostics, report says everything is good, but the phone doesn't charge sometimes, it gets struck as is, say for eg if its on 20 percent even after 1 hr it stays the same.

Need some help on this
