Charging problem!!!

I bought a Samsung a14 5g, and it said that it is super fast charging, but when I charge it, it took 4 hours to fully charge my phone..😔
So confused. Is there something wrong with the cable or adaptor? I was thinking that the adaptor they give me as freebies is fake. 😑
So disappointed 😞

Charging isn't the most exciting aspect of a phone, but it's a vital one. You can charge your device using any Samsung travel adapter, but charging speeds may vary depending on the charger.
