Charging Problem

Hello! Meron po ba dito naka experience ng chraging problem sa device nila? Using Galaxy A56 and A17, parehas ayaw mag charge ng maayos.

1. Test sa ibang device kung OK ang charger at cable or try another charger at cable sa same devices
2. Turn off the devices tapos clean charging ports - hold the devices upright (or charging port at the bottom pointing to the floor) use a toothpick or a needle para sungkitin baka possible may lints or dusts hanggang maging shiny ang base ng port. Ingat sa pagsungkit baka masobrahan at makasira ng port.

Try bumili ng bagong charger yung original❤

Try checking if your charger works on other devices from the A56 & A17. As it is so odd to have same devices havung charging port problem at the same time.

Try chrcking the USB type C on your phone, could be dirty or something is stuck inside.🙂

Ganiyan din problem ng phone ko noon, try mo i-charged sa powerbank?
