Clipboard option doesn't show anymore while using GBoard after update

I noticed that I no longer see any "clipboard" option whenever i hold press while using GBoard as my keyboard. My phone just recently updated from Android 11 to Android 12 (One UI 4.1). The clipboard i am refering to is the default clipboard from Samsung as I never turned on the clipboard of GBoard.

I saw a clipboard icon in Gboard. Tap it.

No, I don't want to use the google clipboard. The one from samsung worked until i updated android os 😕

Me too, Gboard clipboard is inconsistent, sometimes it will save my copied text and images, sometimes not 😅

What I do is I switched to Samsung keyboard just to access the main clipboard and its a hassle
