Configure Advanced setting on mobile hotspot

Can anybody help? My phone a51:

1. Can't add allowed devices on mobile hotspot (keep on spooling)

2. Can't configure advance setting to change broadcast channel (my WiFi adapter can't recognise/find my hotspot - the customer care of the adapter ask me to change that channel to 6 @ 11).

Yes. Yours is currently running on UI2.5

If it's UI3.0, you have the option to choose wifi band, either 2.4 or 5Ghz. If you choose 5Ghz and your wifi adapter is not accepting this channel, then it's not displayed. Try to use 2.4 instead.

I see. Means it's not UI3.0 version. Anyway, if you click on 3 dots and uncheck on allowed devices to off, what will happen?

The allowed devices is not there. (3 dots).

The allowed devices appears when I click auto hotspot.

Then it keep spooling till the end of the battery life.

Omid the red one. that's another problem of this phone.
