As per your concern, you need to go to Bluetooth Settings and pair either Bluetooth headphones or speakers one by one. Once connected, tap the three-dot icon on the right and click on Advanced Settings. Toggle on the 'dual audio' option if not already turned on. This should enable users to connect to two devices at once. Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you. Stay safe and have a nice day ahead!

Thanks for your reply. Already paired a speaker and headphone but all I see on the advance setting is the following: Sync with Samsung, Music share and ringtone sync. Theres no dual audio option. I have the Galaxy A32 4G for your info.

Thanks for your suggestion but according to the user manual, music share feature is if you want to share your connected bluetooth device to another person. I just want to listen to my bt headphone and also to a bt speaker by myself hence, the dual audio. Did samsung remove it or something or Is it just on the galaxy a32 model or the one ui update?

Yes, appreciate all the responses. Samsung feedback support already replied to my query and they basically say that the dual audio feature might not be in my device model. A tad helpful if they included it on their website specs or something. I guess the feature is only for flagships..
