There was an update yesterday and then this morning as I opened my phone, I am connected without the internet. I restarted my phone and my pocket wifi thinking that it can fix it. However, I checked my iPad and it is still connected. So I know that my pocket wifi is not the problem. I need help 😪

Try going into Safe mode.

1) If there was a successful update.
2) Connectivity to Wi-Fi is ON and connected to your Pocket Wi-Fi
3) Battery power is sufficient
