Couldn't update software

Hello can't someone help me why I can't update my software ?

Yes but I have a internet ..

Because your original csc is interrupted from OTA updates in the foreign country.

But before I usually update my phone even I'm here abroad ..don't know what to do now

I try that so many times but still can't work

What was the last time you updated it?

Maybe server outages, or etc... report it to samsung customer service that your phone can't update.
