Twice in a row na defective device ang nakuha -  a51 and a72 🥺
Customer service hotline and service center is not helpful at all.

I was advise na for replacement ang device at ibalik sa binilhan ko and thay they are communicating internally but pagpunta ko don out of stock pala and now they want me to go sa service center again na almost 3 hours ang byahe to get a refund.

Will not buy any samsung device again. this is so frustrating. 🥺

nagaauto restart ang a51 which I think is common sa unit na to base sa mga complaints na nababasa ko din dito sa group.

I think it has to do with your apps. Magdelete ka ng mga apps na di mo na kailangan. Check mo rin yung storage mo

However di lang naman ako ang nakaexperience neto. Basa ka ibang complaints.
I also rebooted the device twice and nadala na sa service center and they have decided na for replacement nga and it has nothing to do with how I use the phone po.

Maam nadala na nga po sa service center and for replacement na po since sa device na nga po ang problem 😀

I have done that clear partition and reboot po.

I just posted this frustration as I know na may mga admins na nagbabasa dito and might help ( kaso wala 🤭)
