Hi! I am just wondering, my Galaxy A73 5G sometimes encounters delayed in shots when it has been capturing a lot of photos. Is this normal?

Thanks for your inquiry here, about your experience with your Samsung Galaxy A73 5G having  delay issues while taking camera shot.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
 
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
 
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
 
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
 
Step 4. Restart your device.
 
Reset the camera app.
 
Step 1. Open the camera app.
Open the Camera app, and then tap Settings.
 
Step 2. Reset the settings.
Swipe to and tap Reset settings, and then tap Reset.
 
Check the Camera app for updates.
 
Step 1. Open the camera app.
Open the Camera app, and then tap Settings.
 
Step 2. Check for updates.

Swipe to and tap About Camera, and check if any updates are available. Tap the update if one is available. 

If there are no updates available, your screen will read "The latest version is already installed."

Clear the Camera Cache.

Step 1. Launch the Settings app, and then select Apps.

Step 2. Select or search for the camera app.

Step 3. Tap Storage.

Step 4. Tap Clear cache.
 

If still doesn't work, you can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Camera".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

One more thing, if the camera is set on 108MP is it normal to take 2-3 seconds to save the photo? Thanks.

Yes, if your Samsung Galaxy A73 camera is set to Auto-HDR (High Dynamic Range) function.

Yup, it takes longer when set on 108MP mode. 😊
