Delayed Messenger Notifications

Hi, guys. Saakin lang ba ganito? Pero madalas sobrang delay ng notifications ng chats sa messenger as well as kapag mag se-send ng message. Minsan ang tagal din mag loading argh kairita. 

What should I do? I tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and whatnot pero wala, ganoon pa rin.

Same issue but I'm guessing it's a messenger issue

Try going into messenger's app info and untick the "Pause permissions if app unused". This fixed the issue for me.

Set the battery optimization to unrestricted.

Disable ram plus on device care
Changing the battery from optimized to unrestricted
Enable sync
